    This filler flower is composed of multiple little berries on each stem and can be used as a perfect addition to any floral arrangement or bouquet. This filler is also known as St. Johns Wort. (This is not a medicinal flower. Do not use it for medicinal use. This is an ornamental flower.)

    Ordering

    NOTE: An e-mail request may be sent to bjs@customerinfo.net requesting a specific delivery date up to 30 days in advance (with minimum of 7 days to receive delivery per requested date).

  • Saturday  delivery will be the following Tuesday
  • Wednesday  delivery will be the following Wednesday
  • Thursday  delivery will be the following Thursday
  • Friday  delivery the following Friday

  • Immediately upon placing your order, you MUST send an e-mail to bjs@customerinfo.net with the order number and contact informaton including order number, name, phone number, email address, telephone number for delivery, date delivery requested

    Once that information has been received, you will receive a final Confirmation of Delivery Date e-mail to acknowledge receipt order and your selected date of delivery.

    Care Instructions

  • Before the hypericum were shipped, they were prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods; if the hypericum appear sleepy and thirsty, it is normal, just follow the simple steps below and the hypericum will bloom
  • Remove hypericum from box by cutting any straps; do not remove the rubber bands holding the hypericum together in a bunch
  • Fill containers with at least 4" of fresh, cool water
  • Add floral food to prevent bacteria in the water and give added nutrients to the hypericum; if you do not have flower food, it can be purchased at any local florist
  • Remove any leaves that fall below the water line; leaves will mold or rot and cause bacteria to form and shorten the flower life
  • Cut stems diagonally approximately 1" under running water with sharp scissors or a knife
  • Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared water
  • Allow hypericum at least 4 hours to hydrate well; the hypericum may take up to 12 hours to properly hydrate
  • Keep hypericum away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat
  • To keep hypericum fresh, change water every 24 to 48 hours or when the water becomes cloudy; make sure that your hypericum have sufficient water, the hypericum will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival
  • Remember that exposing hypericum to warm environments (outside, a hot room, etc.) will help the hypericum to bloom, and storing your hypericum in a cooler environment will slow down the opening process

  • BJ's uses FedEx Priority delivery service; all deliveries should arrive by 5:00 p.m. on your chosen delivery date and your hypericum will most likely be delivered before 10:30 a.m.
  • Delivery time depends on service available to your address; please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code
  • Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday
  • In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx will require a signature at the time of delivery; please arrange to have somebme to ensure proper delivery
  • If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery
  • Each order must have a valid and working telephone number; FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number
  • Please review your shipping address carefully; if you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result
  • Any shipping redirects or changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned; BJ's is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier; in the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly
  • In the event that a substitution may be necessary to make certain that your hypericum are delivered on time, we take the utmost care in ensuring that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible, even if this means substituting hypericum of higher value; while we will always try to inform under these circumstances, flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you

Expedited Ground: Items upgraded to Expedited Ground will ship via UPS®, FedEx® Ground or a similar carrier. Expedited Ground is not available for all items.


2nd Day Air: Items upgraded to 2nd Day Air will ship via UPS®, FedEx® Ground or a similar carrier. 2nd Day Air is not available for all items.


Overnight: Items upgraded to Overnight will ship via UPS®, FedEx® Ground or a similar carrier. Overnight shipping is not available for all items.


Priority Overnight: Items upgraded to Priority Overnight will ship via UPS®, FedEx Ground® or a similar carrier. Priority Overnight is not available for all items.

BJs.com Return Policy

BJ’s selects the highest quality Merchandise for our Members and stands behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item, you may bring it to any BJ’s Club location or follow the instructions below. Click here for more information on bulk sales. The only exceptions are those noted below. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:


Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. If you are returning a product please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Computers and electronics are returnable within 90 days of the shipping date
  • CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games must be unopened
  • Please note, all opened, non-damaged, non-defective major appliances (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ranges and dishwashers) are returnable within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products under a manufacturer's warranty which have service center only restrictions and are not operating properly must be repaired according to the procedures/repair centers specified in the User Manual, and may not be returned to BJ’s

We regret that BJ’s cannot cover the cost of shipping for products returned due to buyer’s remorse.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games
  • Gift Cards
  • Items with gas, oil or fuel added

If you have ordered one of these non-returnable items, please inspect the item carefully and if possible, refuse delivery of incorrect or damaged products. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be the correct item and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning an Item Online

You may return your item at any BJ's Club location or by following the instructions below.

  1. Select “Order Status” from the top navigation of any page.
  2. If you placed your order while signed in to your online account, please sign in to your account using your username and password.
    If you placed your order while shopping as a guest, please enter your order number, recipient's email address, and the ship-to ZIP code, then click “Continue.”
  3. Your order information should now be displayed. Please review it and click the “Return”" link next to the item you would like to return.
  4. Select from the dropdown list the reason that most closely corresponds to your reason for returning the item, the package condition, and any comments you would like to make.
  5. Select “Continue.”
  6. Your return authorization request has now been made and you will receive an email within 3-5 business days (often sooner), with complete return instructions. If you do not receive an email with complete return instructions within 3-5 business days, please contact us at 866-4BJS-WEB (866-425-7932). Damaged Orders
If a signature is required please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact BJ’s Member Care to provide details about the damaged order. Do not discard the boxes or packing materials, as they may be needed to ship the item back.



Shipping Error
If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you determine that you received an item you did not order, please initiate a return (see “Returning an Item” above for instructions) online and then re-order the correct product. In the event that your merchandise was shipped in error, damaged or defective, BJ’s Member Care team will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs or arrange to have your return picked up. Please contact BJ’s Member Care and we will be able to assist you.



Return Shipping Costs
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees.
