    The Sunset Wonder signature bouquet has something for everyone with its cheery hues of orange and yellow. It is designed with 34 stems of roses, lilies, carnations, gerber daisies and greens. Presented in a clear sleeve with a clear vase and two 5 gram food sachets, it is easy to assemble and design the flowers to fit your taste. The bouquet is packed 1 per case, 52 cm in length (20-21”).

  • In the event that a substitution may be necessary to make certain that your flowers are delivered on time, we take the utmost care in assuring that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible even if this means substituting flowers of higher value. While we will always try to inform under these circumstances, flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you.

    Flower Care:

  • Remove flowers from box by cutting any straps. Do not remove the rubber bands holding the flowers together in a bunch so that they hydrate properly.
  • Fill containers with at least 4 inches of fresh, cool water. Leaves will wilt before flowers. It is recommended to remove all foliage before placing the flowers into an arrangement, or to remove the foliage as it droops and discolors.
  • Cut stems diagonally approximately an inch from the stem's bottom edge. Do so under running water with sharp scissors or knife. This will create a fresh surface to absorb water.
  • Immediately after cutting, place the stems in the prepared water.
  • Allow flowers at least 2 - 4 hours to hydrate well. Lilies may take up to 12 hours to properly hydrate. You may remove the rubber band after proper hydration if you wish.
  • Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat.
  • Change water every 24 - 48 hours to keep flowers fresh. This will keep the water from becoming contaminated with bacteria that blocks the flower's availability to absorb water. Assure that your flowers have sufficient water. The flowers will drink an exceptionally large amount of water upon arrival

    Remember that exposing flowers to warm environments (outside, a hot room, etc) will help the flowers to bloom, and storing your flowers in a cooler environment will slow down the opening process.

    Special Delivery Date Request

  • To specify a delivery date, all email requests must be sent to bjs@customerinfo.net the same day the order is placed
  • Include your order number, the name, address and telephone number for delivery, your contact information as well as the delivery date requested.
  • If your email is sent after regular business hours (3:00 p.m. CST), your delivery request will not be processed until the next business day and cannot be guaranteed
  • Delivery dates cannot be changed once they have been received
  • A confirmation of your delivery date will be sent once the requested date is confirmed. If your requested date is not available, you will receive an alternate date to approve
  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days unless specific date requested and confirmed
  • Holidays may delay the below shipping schedule by 1 or 2 days
  • Additionally, acts of God, weather-related conditions, US Customs/Agriculture and states of emergencies may delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters
  • To ensure proper floral delivery, a signature is required at the time of the delivery for all orders
  • We regret that gift card messaging is not available

    Shipping Information:

  • BJ'S uses FedEx Priority delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5 p.m. on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30 a.m. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code.
  • Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.
  • In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx will require signature at time of delivery.
  • Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery.
  • If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery.
  • Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number.
  • Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned.
  • BJ’S is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly.

    Estimated Arrival Date Schedule:

    Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:

  • Deliveries will be made Tuesday – Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions
  • Order Saturday, Sunday or Monday – estimated delivery Tuesday of the following week
  • Order Tuesday – estimated delivery Tuesday of the following week
  • Order Wednesday – estimated delivery Wednesday of the following week
  • Order Thursday – estimated delivery Thursday of the following week
  • Order Friday – estimated delivery Friday of the following week

    Warranty:

    This product is covered by the BJ’s Member Satisfaction Guarantee. BJ’s guarantees timely delivery of fresh, beautiful flowers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product freshness delivered, please notify us upon receipt of your flowers to request a possible replacement or refund.

    Flower replacements will only be provided if the flowers arrive in poor condition. Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence. There must be someone available to sign for and accept delivery of your flowers – as there is a signature requirement.

    For replacements, please contact us immediately. There is a cut-off time with the shipping company for overnight delivery. If your replacement is to arrive on a Saturday, there are some instances that your particular area will not be covered by Saturday delivery and we will not be able to replace your flowers.

Shipping and Delivery

We regret that this item cannot be returned to a BJ's Club. This item may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund. Merchandise must be in new condition, with its original packing intact. Please return the item to the address listed below. Most items may be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Computers must be returned within 14 days after the shipping date
  • CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games must be unopened

Please note: We regret that BJ's cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns.

Also please note: Products having service-center-only restrictions under a manufacturer’s warranty which are not operating properly must be repaired according to the procedures/repair centers specified in the User Manual, and may not be returned to BJ’s.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishables — including flowers, food items, etc.
  • Earrings
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games
  • Mattresses, toppers and memory foam pillows
  • Personalized items
  • Gift Cards

If you have ordered one of these non-returnable items, please inspect the item carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is incorrect or damaged, refuse the delivery and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be correct and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Holiday Return Policy

Unless otherwise designated as “Non-Returnable Items,” all merchandise purchased on BJs.com between November 1 and December 24 can be returned no later than the following January 24. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. Valid Return Authorization Number required.

Merchandise purchased before or after the qualifying period described in the preceding paragraph or returned after January 24 will be subject to the regular BJs.com Return Policy as described in “Proper Conditions for Return and Credit.”

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, you can follow these simple steps:

  1. Select “Order Status” from the top navigation of any page.
  2. If you placed your order while shopping as a guest, please enter your order number, recipient's email address, and the ship-to ZIP code, then click “Continue.” If you placed your order while signed in to your online account, please sign in to your account using your username and password.
  3. Your order information should now be displayed. Please review it and click the “Return” link next to the item you would like to return.
  4. Select from the dropdown list the reason that most closely corresponds to your reason for returning the item, the package condition, and any comments you would like to make.
  5. Select “Continue.”
  6. Your return authorization request has now been made and you will receive an email shortly with complete return instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: you will not be allowed to initiate a return beyond 30 days from your date of shipping.

Late Returns
Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days from date of shipping. For more information, please see the “Proper Conditions for Return and Credit” section of BJ's Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items
We regret that we are unable to accept perishables, earrings, opened CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games, memory foam pillows, mattresses and toppers, items delivered via “White Glove” delivery methods, and personalized items for return at this time. Damaged Orders
If a signature is required, please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact BJ's Member Care to provide details about the damaged order.

Mis-Shipments
If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you then determine that you received an item you did not order, please initiate a return (see “Returning An Item” above for instructions) online and then re-order the correct product. Replacements
In the event that your merchandise arrived with parts missing, please contact the supplier directly (supplier contact information will be provided on your packing slip) for replacements. If you are unable to reach the supplier, please contact BJ's Member Care for assistance.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees.
