Flower Care:

Petals are shipped directly from our farms. Before shipping your flowers, we prepare them for their journey with proper hydration methods.

Just follow the simple steps listed below.

Care & Handling Guidelines:

  • Unpack the box by taking all the bags out
  • Leave petals in the bags until use
  • If condensation occurs, open the bags and wipe the condensation off with a paper towel
  • Place the bags in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator if the event is not the same day
  • Ensure that the petals do not freeze as they will be damaged
  • Do not place petals in direct sunlight

    Delivery dates and prices fluctuate with seasonal availability and demand.


  • Shipping Terms

  • BJ's uses FedEx Priority delivery service. All deliveries should arrive by 5pm on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am
  • Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code
  • Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday
  • In order to ensure proper flower delivery, FedEx will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery
  • If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery
  • Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx will not accept any orders without a working telephone number
  • Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned
  • BJ's is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx directly.

    Estimated Arrival Date Schedule

  • Flowers must be ordered a minimum of 7 days in advance of delivery based on shipping schedule below:
  • Deliveries will be made Tuesday  Friday only (no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries), no exceptions
  • Order Saturday, Sunday or Monday  estimated delivery Tuesday of the following week
  • Order Tuesday  estimated delivery Tuesday of the following week
  • Order Wednesday  estimated delivery Wednesday of the following week
  • Order Thursday  estimated delivery Thursday of the following week
  • Order Friday  estimated delivery Friday of the following week

    Specific shipping dates may be requested by placing your order and sending an email with the following information to: bjs@customerinfo.net

    Shipping Terms

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days unless specific date requested and confirmed
  • Holidays may delay the below shipping schedule by 12 days
  • Additionally, acts of God, weather-related conditions, US Customs/Agriculture and states of emergencies may delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters
  • Signature required at time of delivery for all orders
  • We regret that Gift Card Messaging is not available

    Warranty

    This product is covered by the BJs Member Satisfaction Guarantee. BJs guarantees timely delivery of fresh, beautiful flowers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product freshness delivered, please notify us upon receipt of your flowers to request a possible replacement or refund. Flower replacements will only be provided if the flowers arrive in poor condition. Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence. There must be someone available to sign for and accept delivery of your flowersas there is a signature requirement.

    For replacements, please contact us immediately. There is a cut-off time with the shipping company for overnight delivery. If your replacement is to arrive on a Saturday, there are some instances that your particular area will not be covered by Saturday delivery and we will not be able to replace your flowers

    For questions or concerns or to cancel or reschedule an order within 24 hours, please call 866-4BJS-WEB (866-425-7932), MondayFriday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time; save your email receipt and should you cancel your order, make sure you receive a cancellation number.

    Due to the nature of this particular item, time constraints may affect any possible replacement. These are special order items and take time to process. Overnight replacement is not available.

    Shipping and Delivery

    We regret that this item cannot be returned to a BJ's Club. This item may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund. Merchandise must be in new condition, with its original packing intact. Please return the item to the address listed below.     Return Policy

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

    Most items may be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

    Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
    Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

    • Computers must be returned within 14 days after the shipping date
    • CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games must be unopened

    Please note: We regret that BJ's cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns.

    Also please note: Products having service-center-only restrictions under a manufacturer’s warranty which are not operating properly must be repaired according to the procedures/repair centers specified in the User Manual, and may not be returned to BJ’s.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishables — including flowers, food items, etc.

    • Opened CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games
    • Mattresses, toppers and memory foam pillows
    • Personalized items
    • Gift Cards

    If you have ordered one of these non-returnable items, please inspect the item carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is incorrect or damaged, refuse the delivery and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be correct and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Holiday Return Policy

    Unless otherwise designated as “Non-Returnable Items,” all merchandise purchased on BJs.com between November 1 and December 24 can be returned no later than the following January 24. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. Valid Return Authorization Number required.

    Merchandise purchased before or after the qualifying period described in the preceding paragraph or returned after January 24 will be subject to the regular BJs.com Return Policy as described in “Proper Conditions for Return and Credit.”

    Returning an Item

    If you wish to return an item, you can follow these simple steps:

    1. Select “Order Status” from the top navigation of any page.
    2. If you placed your order while shopping as a guest, please enter your order number, recipient's email address, and the ship-to ZIP code, then click “Continue.” If you placed your order while signed in to your online account, please sign in to your account using your username and password.
    3. Your order information should now be displayed. Please review it and click the “Return” link next to the item you would like to return.
    4. Select from the dropdown list the reason that most closely corresponds to your reason for returning the item, the package condition, and any comments you would like to make.
    5. Select “Continue.”
    6. Your return authorization request has now been made and you will receive an email shortly with complete return instructions.

    PLEASE NOTE: you will not be allowed to initiate a return beyond 30 days from your date of shipping.

    Late Returns

    Non-Returnable Items
    We regret that we are unable to accept perishables, earrings, opened CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games, memory foam pillows, mattresses and toppers, items delivered via “White Glove” delivery methods, and personalized items for return at this time.     Damaged Orders
    If a signature is required, please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact BJ's Member Care to provide details about the damaged order.

    Mis-Shipments
    If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you then determine that you received an item you did not order, please initiate a return (see “Returning An Item” above for instructions) online and then re-order the correct product.     Replacements
    In the event that your merchandise arrived with parts missing, please contact the supplier directly (supplier contact information will be provided on your packing slip) for replacements. If you are unable to reach the supplier, please contact BJ's Member Care for assistance.

    Exchanges

    Return Shipping Costs
