BJ’s Wholesale Club has been informed by Energizer Personal Care that the company is voluntarily recalling its Banana Boat “Sport” Continuous Spray Clear Ultramist SPF 50 in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.   This product, sold by BJ’s and other national retailers, is being recalled because of a potential safety concern associated with the size of the spray valve.  See link for further details regarding the recall: http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm324824.htm

• Banana Boat “Sport” Continuous Spray Clear Ultramist SPF 503-Pack 6oz (SKU #698112)
• The recalled product was sold at BJ’s Feb. 24, 2012 –Oct. 19, 2012.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU HAVE THE RECALLED PRODUCT?

If you have the product, please stop using it immediately.  Return the product to BJ’s for a full refund.
