These hand-painted Ruscus are the perfect filler for any flower arrangement and for any event or celebration. Complement your special design with these graceful additions.

    Care Instructions:

  • Open your box of Ruscus immediately; the Ruscus may appear limp or dehydrated upon arrival but will recover if you follow the care and handling instructions below
  • Prepare a clean container and fill with water
  • Cut stems at an angle at least 1/2" or more. Doing this under water is best because this will eliminate the oxygen bubble in the stem which restricts the uptake of water to the bloom
  • Place your filler flowers in the prepared container
  • Cut the stems and change the water every 2 to 3 days for optimal life. Remember to make sure you have plenty of water for the Ruscus as they tend to drink a lot of water
  • Do not place flowers in direct sunlight/heat as it will damage the flower and diminish the life of the flower
  • Enjoy your filler flowers

    SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

    For your wedding or special event, we recommend that you arrange to have your flowers delivered 2 to 3 days before the actual event. For a Saturday wedding, your flowers should be delivered on Thursday before the wedding or special event.

    Estimated Arrival Date Schedule:

    Upon placing your order you will receive an automated email confirming your delivery date. If you need to change your delivery date, please respond to the confirmation email within 24 hours with your new requested delivery date.

    Shipping Terms:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days unless specific date requested and confirmed
  • Holidays may delay the below shipping schedule by 1 2 days
  • Additionally, acts of God, weather-related conditions, US Customs/Agriculture and states of emergencies may delay delivery beyond the stated delivery parameters
  • Signature required at time of delivery for all orders

  • BJ s uses Priority delivery service. All deliveries should arrive on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am, unless the delivery address is in a rural address. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx or UPS and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code.
  • Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.
  • In order to ensure proper delivery, both FedEx and UPS will require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to accept your delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX or UPS at 1-800-377-4877 directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery.
  • Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx and UPS will not accept any orders without a working telephone number.
  • Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned.
  • BJ s is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx or UPS directly. In the event that a substitution may be necessary to make certain that your roses are delivered on time, we take the time in ensuring that your order is as similar to your original flower choice as possible, even if this means substituting roses of higher value; while we will always try to inform under these circumstances, flower substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you

    Warranty:

    This product is covered by the BJ’s Member Satisfaction Guarantee. BJ’s guarantees timely delivery of fresh, beautiful flowers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product freshness delivered, please notify us upon receipt of your flowers to request a possible replacement or refund. Flower replacements will only be provided if the flowers arrive in poor condition. Due to the nature of this specialty item, overnight replacements may not be possible. Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence, weather related delays, wrong delivery date requested or cancellations made less than 4 days prior to delivery. There must be someone available to sign for the box or make arrangements with the carrier directly for any changes in delivery as there is a signature requirement. For replacements, please contact us immediately. Images will be required for any replacement or refund and must be received within 48 hours after receiving the product. There is a cut-off time with the shipping company for overnight delivery. If your replacement is to arrive on a Saturday, there are some instances that your particular area will not be covered by Saturday delivery and we will not be able to replace your flowers. Please call 1-800-257-2582 (BJ’s Customer Service Number) with questions or concerns Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and Saturday thru Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

    Due to the nature of this particular item, time constraints may affect any possible replacement. These are special order items and take time to process. Overnight replacement is not available.

BJ's selects the highest quality Merchandise for our Members and stands behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange subject to the following guidelines. Please return your product to the nearest BJ's Club location or by following the instructions here.


Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. Items purchased over 1 year ago will not be considered in new condition. If you are returning a product please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Computers and electronics are returnable within 90 days of the shipping date
  • CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games must be unopened

We regret that BJ’s cannot cover the cost of shipping for products returned due to buyer’s remorse.

If you have ordered one of these non-returnable items, please inspect the item carefully and if possible, refuse delivery of incorrect or damaged products. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be the correct item and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning an Item Online

You may return your item at any BJ's Club location or by following the instructions below.

  1. Select “Order Status” from the top navigation of any page.
  2. If you placed your order while signed in to your online account, please sign in to your account using your username and password.
    If you placed your order while shopping as a guest, please enter your order number, recipient's email address, and the ship-to ZIP code, then click “Continue.”
  3. Your order information should now be displayed. Please review it and click the “Return”" link next to the item you would like to return.
  4. Select from the dropdown list the reason that most closely corresponds to your reason for returning the item, the package condition, and any comments you would like to make.
  5. Select “Continue.”
  6. Your return authorization request has now been made and you will receive an email within 3-5 business days (often sooner), with complete return instructions. If you do not receive an email with complete return instructions within 3-5 business days, please contact us at 866-4BJS-WEB (866-425-7932). Damaged Orders
If a signature is required please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. For further assistance, contact BJ’s Member Care. Do not discard the boxes or packing materials, as they may be needed to ship the item back.



Shipping Error
If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you determine that you received an item you did not order, please return your product to the nearest BJ’s Club location or initiate a return online (see “Returning an Item” above for instructions).



Return Shipping Costs
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. In the event that your returned merchandise was mis-shipped, damaged or defective, BJ’s Member Care team will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs.
