The bjs.com Secure Shopper Guarantee protects you against unauthorized charges on your credit card. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

When you place an order in this store, bjs.com protects your credit card number and personal information by encrypting it. Encryption scrambles your credit card number and personal information. It stays scrambled while traveling over the Web and remains scrambled even while stored on bj’s.com servers. For secure commerce transactions, bjs.com uses secure server software (Secure Socket Layer or SSL — the industry standard and among the best software available today).

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Most items may be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) along with shipping and handling costs for both initial shipment and return freight only for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

Non-returnable Items:

We will not accept returns on orders for televisions sized 27” and larger or other items delivered via “White Glove” delivery methods. If you have ordered one of these products please inspect the item carefully PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR IT. If the item is incorrect or damaged, refuse the delivery and you will receive a full refund. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be correct and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returning Online Purchases to Club

Items purchased online at bjs.com cannot be returned at any BJ’s Club. To return items purchased on bjs.com, click on the “Return an Item” link at the bottom of any page and follow the directions. To be eligible for return, items must meet the conditions listed in the previous section, “Proper Conditions for Return and Credit.”

Requesting a Return Authorization

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please log into your account and choose the appropriate order number to process a return request for the item within the return period stated above. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail with your RA# and a shipping label. Simply print the e-mail, cut out the label and attach it to your package.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. RA#(s) expire 10 days after the date of issuance. Items returned after that timeframe will not be accepted. If you are not using the preprinted shipping label provided to you, write the RA# clearly on the OUTSIDE of the shipping package, preferably in the address area of the return label. Please do not write directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

Return Shipping Methods

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS® or Federal Express®. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. If you choose to send your item by a non-trackable method, we recommend that you insure the package for the full value of your returned item.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Sales Tax Policy

Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on current local, state and federal laws.

Order Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. bjs.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. bjs.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars and we must obtain verification pre-approval on your credit card before an order will be processed. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via e-mail at the e-mail address provided with your order. Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Errors and Omissions

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price as a result of a display or typographical error or an error in pricing information provided by our product suppliers, bjs.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. bjs.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, bjs.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
