    Customers say

Overall sentiment is mostly positive, with many reviewers praising the chocolate’s flavor, richness, and versatility for snacking, baking, and topping desserts. A recurring frustration is inconsistency or recent recipe changes—especially with syrup thickness/flavor and some dark chocolate variants—along with occasional complaints about taste that can feel too sweet or “mid.”
