This 32-channel real-time CIF/D1* H.264 DVR from Q-See comes with 16 high-resolution bullet cameras that capture detailed activity with a pre-installed 4TB hard drive. Designed for home or business security, the 12 weatherproof bullet cameras are ideal for indoor or outdoor use and deliver 650TVL resolution for superior image quality. Four indoor dome cameras boast 600TVL resolution for noticeable clarity. The dome and bullet cameras offer either 100' or 120' of night vision capabilities for continued monitoring well into the night. The 12 bullet cameras boast a 1/3" Sony Super Exview HAD CCD II image sensor for a higher quality picture, accurate colors and better overall image quality. Each camera has over 40 infrared LEDs to view up to 120' in low-light conditions and an adjustable 2.8mm to 12mm lens to provide a versatile field of view. The 4 indoor dome cameras boast a Sony HAD CCD image sensor for a higher quality picture, accurate colors and better overall image quality. Each of the 4 cameras has 36 infrared LEDs to view up to 100' in the dark. For greater convenience, the dome cameras are ready-made with a pre-assembled dome mount that can easily be installed on a wall or ceiling. To experience the full potential of the all the cameras' D1 resolution, simply connect a 19" or larger monitor or HDTV (not included) to your DVR's HDMI port. Each of the 12 bullet cameras are pre- equipped with a flexible 3-axis mounting bracket for ease of placement and positioning and making them vandalism-proof. You can access your DVR's live and recorded video footage while you're away with via a high-speed Internet connection on a PC or Mac (not included). You'll receive instant email alerts and snapshot images when motion is detected, an alarm is triggered in the event of video loss or some other situations from the DVR. Up to 10 users can simultaneously log into the DVR with dual-stream technology for easy Internet access. Free Q-See iPhone, iPad and Android supported mobile apps provide you with convenience and portability by providing you with complete access and control over you surveillance system (mobile devices not included) no matter where you are. If a signature is required please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. For further assistance, contact BJ’s Member Care. Do not discard the boxes or packing materials, as they may be needed to ship the item back.
If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you determine that you received an item you did not order, please return your product to the nearest BJ’s Club location or initiate a return online (see “Returning an Item” above for instructions).
If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. In the event that your returned merchandise was mis-shipped, damaged or defective, BJ’s Member Care team will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs.
