Puree all ingredients except sugar in a blender until smooth and creamy

Taste the pudding. If it’s not sweet enough, pulse in additional sugar, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired sweetness is reached

Divide between dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve

Just before serving, garnish with berries and whipped cream, if desired
