Crepes - Russian style

In a big bowl, whisk together eggs and 1/2 of milk, gradually adding the flour and the rest of the milk until your batter is smooth (or just mix together in a blender)
Using a scoop, put about 1/2 cup of batter into a non-stick pan and turn it sideways so the batter covers the whole surface of the pan. In about half a minute, turn the crepe over, then transfer to a plate and grease the crepe with butter. Repeat with each crepe
