Remove one pre-rolled pie crust from the package. Remove wrapper and let come to room temperature for 15 min
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet. Add sliced onion and salt and cook until caramelized, about 25 to 30 min. on medium heat, stirring to prevent burning
Remove from heat; drain well on a paper towel
Unroll dough onto baking sheet. Top with onion, shredded cheese and sliced tomatoes, leaving a 1" border around the edge
Fold the edge of the dough up around toppings as shown in picture
Mix egg white with milk; brush a small amount over the exposed crust
