Herbed Apple and Cranberry Cornbread Stuffing Recipe



  • Spread cornbread crumbs on baking pan and set aside overnight to dry
  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray
  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery and apple. Sauté until tender, about 2 to 3 min.
  • Stir in pecans, dried cranberries and seasoning. Sauté 1 min., then add chicken broth
  • Remove from heat, add cornbread and beaten eggs and toss gently to combine. Spoon mixture into prepared pan
  • Bake until center is completely heated through and top is lightly browned, about 30 to 35 min.
  • Rest 10 min. before serving
