Whisk together 1/4 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and cranberry sauce in a small bowl

Arrange sliced bread on a flat surface and spread each with 1 Tbsp. of the mayonnaise mixture

Layer even amounts of cheese, ham, and turkey on two slices of the bread, beginning and ending with the cheese. Top with remaining bread, mayonnaise-side down

Spread top of each sandwich with 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise. Cook mayonnaise-side down in a large skillet over medium heat, pressing lightly with a spatula, until the bottom is golden-brown

Spread evenly with remaining mayonnaise, then flip sandwiches. Continue cooking until bottoms are golden-brown and cheese is melted, about 2 min

Remove to plates, slice in half and serve immediately with soup or salad
