What is the BJ’s Optical return policy?

Our #1 priority is helping to improve your vision. And, we know that life happens, so our commitment to you is simple.

If your glasses are accidentally broken or damaged, bring them back within 12 months of your date of receipt to receive 50% off any one-time replacement of frames and/or lenses.

If you have a prescription change within 60 days of purchase, we will remake your lenses for free and replace them in their original frames.

If your prescription frames and/or lenses purchased at BJ’s Optical® are broken or damaged within 12 months of receipt (“Original Pair”), you are eligible for a one-time discount toward the purchase of an identical pair (frame and lenses). Damage due to normal use excluded. The discounted pair must be the same prescription lenses and frame as the Original Pair, or if the frame is unavailable, a frame of equal or lesser value (“Discounted Pair”). The discount is 50% off the price paid for the Original Pair (“Discount”). To take advantage of the Discount, the Original Pair must be presented to a BJ’s Optical location within 12 months of your receipt of the Original Pair and you must present proof of purchase, a valid prescription and a valid form of identification. Please note the Discount does not apply to loss or theft, may not be applied to prior purchases or combined with other offers, has no cash value, is not eligible for refunds and may only be used once within the 12-month period. Product availability and pricing may change and vary by location.

Can I buy contact lenses?

Contact lenses are available for purchase online at contacts.bjs.com. Simply select your contact lenses brand, enter your prescription, and submit to have your contacts delivered for free.

Will you honor my warranty?

We will honor all warranties if previously purchased through US Vision. Please visit the Club Optical department for any questions or concerns.

What kinds of insurance do you accept?

We accept several vision insurance plans, including Superior Vision, Davis Vision, and Spectera.

Can I apply my BJ’s awards to my optical purchase?

We are unable to accept BJ’s awards as payment at BJ’s Optical.

What is the Optical privacy policy?

How do I get a copy of a receipt for my Optical purchase?

Please visit the Club for a copy of your Optical receipt.

Can non-members shop at BJ’s Optical?

Yes, non-members can shop at BJ’s Optical without paying a non-member surcharge since by law we cannot turn away any prescriptions. However, if a non-member shops anywhere else in the Club, they will be subject to the surcharge.
