1. In person at the member services desk at any BJ's location
2. Email us at CustomerCare@bjs.com
3. Chat with us by going to BJs.com/help and clicking on "Chat"
4. Call BJ's member care at 800-BJS-CLUB 
5. Via mail by sending a letter to:
   BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc.
   Attn: Membership
   P.O. Box 9157  
   Marlborough, MA 01752

Please note: Only the primary member can cancel a membership. Cancellation by the primary member automatically cancels all supplemental memberships at the same time.
