You can cancel your membership:

1. In person at the Member Services Desk at any BJ's location
2. Chat or Email us at CustomerCare@bjs.com. 
3. Via mail by sending a letter to:

   P.O. Box 9157  
   Marlborough, MA 01752

Please note: Only the Primary Member can cancel a Membership. Cancellation by the Primary Member automatically cancels all Supplemental Memberships at the same time.

If the Primary Member is recently deceased, you can send us a letter and we will cancel the membership for you:
