To request a duplicate receipt or part of your purchase history, please submit a receipt request here.
Please provide the following information:
A manager at your local Club can look up your purchase history at the Member Services desk in-Club or you could look up your in-Club purchases through your online account on BJs.com. Simply navigate to "Account Information" and click on "Manage Orders" to view in-Club purchases within the last 90 days.
Please note: Members can only request a receipt for items purchased from their own Membership number. Household Members cannot request a receipt.
