There are three ways to submit your tax-exempt or resale documentation:

1. Bring your documents to the Member Services desk at your local Club
2. Email the documents to MembershipSupport@bjs.com
3. Fax them to 774-512-6851.

If you submit your documents via email or fax, please fill-out the attached cover sheet and send it with your paperwork to ensure we have all the information we need.
