Go to BJs.com:

1. Mouse-over the "Sign in" icon at the top right side of the homepage
2. From the pull-down menu that appears, click on "Account Information"
3. Click on the "Create a login" button (under the "First time to our website?" banner)
4. Enter your Membership number (11 digits, with no dashes or spaces*) as well as your first name, last name and ZIP code
5. Click "Continue"
6. Complete the required fields

*If the Membership number on your card only has nine or ten digits, just add one or two zeroes to the beginning to make it 11 digits.
