BJ's On-the-Go: SMS Web Opt-In FAQs

How do I enroll in promotional texts? Visit the My Account tab in the account center, click edit on mobile preferences, toggle yes for promotional texts and click Save. Then, check your mobile device for a message from BJ’s On-the-Go, and reply YES to complete your opt-in. 

What should I do when I am in pending status in the communication preferences? Please check your mobile device for a message from BJ’s On-the-Go, and reply YES to complete your opt-in for promotional texts or reply NO to opt out of promotional texts. 

Why can't I edit my mobile number or promotional texts preferences? Your mobile number and promotional texts preferences cannot be edited while in pending status. Please check your mobile device for a message from BJ’s On-the-Go, and reply YES to complete your opt-in for promotional texts or reply NO to opt out of promotional texts. If you do not respond within 24 hours of your initial opt-in, you will be automatically opted out. 

How can I tell if these text messages are coming from BJ’s? Our promotional text messages will begin with “BJSGO”, which is a shortened version of our program name, “BJ’s On-The-Go”.

Where can I opt-out of promotional texts? Visit the My Account tab in the account center on BJs.com and update your preferences, go to the member service desk at any BJ's club, call Member Care at 1-800-BJS-CLUB (1-800-257-2582) or reply CANCEL on your mobile device.
