Purchase includes home delivery service with basic installation to set up your new appliance as well as haul-away of your old appliance

Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included

Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame

Delivery is available only in the continental United States; delivery is NOT available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses

Additional service fees will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer

The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing or electrical work; additional fees will apply for any installation work that exceeds the included basic installation service

During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the basic installation and you will be given a quote before agreeing to additional installation work

You will be responsible for direct payment to the installer for any work exceeding the basic installation

Refrigerators, Over-the-Range Microwaves, and Electric Ranges: Basic installation and haul-away service is included

Dishwashers: The delivery service includes haul-away of your old dishwasher, if it has been uninstalled; The delivery team will NOT uninstall your existing dishwasher; basic installation is included, but limitations apply depending on the installation requirements of your home; Delivery and basic installation of dishwashers are scheduled separately, and every effort is made to schedule delivery and installation on the same day, although these services may be scheduled on different days

Delivery

The estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the time of order; delivery agent will call to set up a delivery appointment

Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the delivery agent; Island, mountain and rural/remote location deliveries are subject to longer delivery times than stated above and possible cancellation when outside carrier's delivery zone

You must take delivery within 10 days of contact from the delivery agent pending available delivery appointments

The carrier will call or email to set up an appointment with a delivery window; delivery and installation must occur simultaneously

Delivery agent will make 2 attempts to contact you for delivery, which may occur before the stated delivery lead time above; if no response to these attempts is received, your order may be cancelled

Recipient must be home at time of delivery

Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel

Basic Installation and Haul-Away

Delivery and installation can only occur at the time of your scheduled delivery appointment and must meet the installation requirements*

Installation must comply with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code and the National Electric Code

Some state and local codes require certain appliance installations to be performed by licensed contractors (plumbers or electricians); In these areas, we will not be able to provide installation
