Due to the nature of this particular item, time constraints may affect any possible replacement. These are special order items and take time to process. Overnight replacement is not available.

Care & Handling

Stem Care: Just follow these simple steps. Bulk greens are shipped directly from flower farms in South America. Before shipping your stems, they are prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your stems appear sleepy and thirsty after their journey, it is absolutely normal. Just follow these simple steps for continuous care:
  • Upon arrival, remove greens / fillers from box by cutting any straps located on the outside and inside of the box.
  • Fill clean containers with at least 5 - 6 inches of fresh, cool water.
  • Remove any leaves that fall below the water line. Not removing the leaves may cause bacteria to form and shorten the stems life.
  • Using sharp scissors or a knife, cut stems diagonally approximately one inch under running water if possible.
  • Immediately after cutting, place stems in the prepared containers.
  • Keep stems away from direct sunlight, drafts or excessive heat/cold.
  • Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days

    Shipping Information

  • BJs uses Priority delivery service. All deliveries should arrive on your chosen delivery date and your flowers will most likely be delivered before 10:30am, unless the delivery address is in a rural address. Delivery time depends on service available to your address. Please contact FedEx or UPS and ask them the guaranteed delivery time for the specified delivery zip code.
  • Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday.
  • In order to ensure proper stem delivery, both FedEx and UPS will require signature at time of delivery. Please arrange to have somebody home to ensure proper delivery. If you miss your delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800-GO-FEDEX or UPS at 1-800-377-4877 directly with your tracking number to reschedule delivery.
  • Each order must have a valid and working telephone number. FedEx and UPS will not accept any orders without a working telephone number.
  • Please review your shipping address carefully. If you provide the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for any problems that may result. Any shipping redirects or changes may not be feasible as the delivery date approaches, especially once the shipping tracking number has been assigned.
  • BJs is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the carrier. In the event that there is a delay with your package, please contact FedEx or UPS directly.

    Estimated Arrival Date Schedule

    Upon placing your order you will receive an automated email confirming your delivery date. If you need to change your delivery date, please respond to the confirmation email within 24 hours with your new requested delivery date.

    This product is covered by the BJs Member Satisfaction Guarantee. BJs guarantees timely delivery of fresh, beautiful stems. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product freshness delivered, please notify us upon receipt of your stems to request a possible replacement or refund. Stem replacements will only be provided if the stems arrive in poor condition. Due to the nature of this particular item, time constraints may affect any possible replacement. These are special order items and take time to process; therefore 24-hour replacement may not be available. Requests for replacements or refunds must include pictures and must be received prior to 2:00 pm EST in order to have a replacement order sent out. Replacements will only be provided if the flowers arrive in poor condition. Images will be required for any replacement or refund and must be received within 48 hours after receiving the product. Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence. There must be someone available to sign for the box or make arrangements with FedEx directly for any changes in delivery  as there is a signature requirement.

    For replacements, please contact us immediately. There is a cut-off time with the shipping company for overnight delivery. If your replacement is to arrive on a Saturday, there are some instances that your particular area will not be covered by Saturday delivery and we will not be able to replace your stems.

    BJ's selects the highest quality Merchandise for our Members and stands behind the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund or exchange subject to the following guidelines. Please return your product to the nearest BJ's Club location or by following the instructions here.

    Proper Conditions for Return and Credit
    Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing and accessories intact. Items purchased over 1 year ago will not be considered in new condition. If you are returning a product please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

    • Computers and electronics are returnable within 90 days of the shipping date
    • CDs, DVDs, computer software and video games must be unopened
    • Major appliances are returnable for buyer’s remorse within 7 days of receiving the item (major appliances include refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, freezers and garbage disposals).

    We regret that BJ’s cannot cover the cost of shipping for products returned due to buyer’s remorse.

    If you have ordered one of these non-returnable items, please inspect the item carefully and if possible, refuse delivery of incorrect or damaged products. Once the item has been accepted it will be deemed to be the correct item and in good working condition. Any issues that arise after the item is signed for must be resolved through the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Returning an Item Online

    You may return your item at any BJ's Club location or by following the instructions below.

    1. Select “Order Status” from the top navigation of any page.
    2. If you placed your order while signed in to your online account, please sign in to your account using your username and password.
      If you placed your order while shopping as a guest, please enter your order number, recipient's email address, and the ship-to ZIP code, then click “Continue.”
    3. Your order information should now be displayed. Please review it and click the “Return”" link next to the item you would like to return.
    4. Select from the dropdown list the reason that most closely corresponds to your reason for returning the item, the package condition, and any comments you would like to make.
    5. Select “Continue.”
    6. Your return authorization request has now been made and you will receive an email within 3-5 business days (often sooner), with complete return instructions. If you do not receive an email with complete return instructions within 3-5 business days, please contact us at 866-4BJS-WEB (866-425-7932).     PLEASE NOTE: you will not be allowed to initiate a return beyond 30 days from your date of shipping. After 30 days, please contact member care for return instructions.

    Damaged Orders
    If a signature is required please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. If after accepting the package you determine that there are damaged or defective parts, please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. For further assistance, contact BJ’s Member Care. Do not discard the boxes or packing materials, as they may be needed to ship the item back.

    Shipping Error
    If you receive an incorrect product, please review your order information to be certain that there were no errors in the order process. If you determine that you received an item you did not order, please return your product to the nearest BJ’s Club location or initiate a return online (see “Returning an Item” above for instructions).

    Return Shipping Costs
    If you refuse your delivery without inspection, miss your delivery appointment(s) or return a non-defective or undamaged product, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees. In the event that your returned merchandise was mis-shipped, damaged or defective, BJ’s Member Care team will be happy to reimburse you for return shipping costs.
