BJ'S SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

By checking Subscribe to this Item when ordering an item on BJs.com, you agree that these terms and conditions (the "Terms") shall apply to orders placed by you under BJ's product subscription ordering program (the "Subscription Program"). These Terms are between you and BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. (hereinafter "BJ's","we" or "us"), and govern your and BJ's respective rights and obligations under the Subscription Program. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BJ's relating to the Subscription Program.

Your use of the BJs.com website, any BJ's mobile application, and participation in the Subscription Program are also governed by the bjs.com website terms, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements associated with use of the bjs.com website and BJ's mobile application, all of which are incorporated into these Terms, as each of the foregoing may be amended from time to time in BJ's sole discretion.

BENEFITS

When you purchase eligible product(s) and enroll in the Subscription Program, you are signing up for continuous shipments of such eligible product(s). You may change your periodic delivery schedule, delivery address, and payment method at any time by cancelling your current subscription and creating a new subscription. 

Each subscription may be cancelled by you prior to shipment. If we receive your cancellation request after your product has shipped, your order will be fulfilled, but your next order will be cancelled. Subscriptions to eligible products are valid while supplies last for each subscribed product. BJ's will cancel the subscription for the unavailable product if the subscribed product is unavailable when we plan to ship. If a subscription contains more than one product, but only some of the products are available, BJ's will ship the available products and cancel your subscription for the unavailable products.

BJ's, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change the Subscription Program's benefits, including, but not limited to, the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts applicable to each eligible product. All changes will apply to future orders, including your current product subscription(s) under the Subscription Program.

Some of the offer details for eligible products may change as you receive deliveries over time, including, but not limited to, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges, provided BJ's will not change the price of your then current order once your payment for such order has been processed by BJ's. Without notice to you, pricing for eligible products may increase or decrease from time to time during the course of your subscription. You may apply applicable, unexpired coupon(s) to eligible products under the Subscription Program, provided such coupon(s) have not been redeemed prior to BJ's processing payment for the order.  

BJ's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your subscriptions in whole or in part, at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for products that have been shipped to you.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASES

The Subscription Program benefits are limited to items displaying a "subscribe to this item" checkbox.  Not all products offered on the bjs.com website and BJ's mobile applications are eligible under the Subscription Program. Eligible products may vary from time to time. Participation in the Subscription Program is only availableto BJ's members shipping to addresses in the United States. We do not currently deliver to P.O. boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes or international addresses.  Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship (excluding plastic gift cards) to Alaska, Hawaii, California or Puerto Rico. Your participation in the Subscription Program and each product subscription there under is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your participation in the Subscription Program or any of the Subscription Program benefits to any third party without BJ's consent, which may be withheld in BJ's sole discretion. 

Any discounts offered by the Subscription Program and any limited time special subscription promotions in effect under the Subscription Program will apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the Subscription Program item information pages, and then only if you create a subscription for such eligible product.  Special limited time subscription promotions under the Subscription Program will only apply during their effective dates.

All product returns under the Subscription Program are subject to BJ's return policy.  

NOTIFICATIONS; CANCELLATION; AUTOMATIC ORDER CREATION; CHARGES

When you place your initial order for an eligible product and create a subscription, you will receive a notice that your product subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed. Your product subscription will there after automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you or BJ's cancel the subscription.

For subsequent orders of subscribed products, you will receive a pre-shipment email notification one week prior to your next scheduled shipment. If you do not cancel your order prior to shipment, your order will be authorized, and a credit card authorization hold will be placed on the payment method used to create your product subscription. You will see a pending charge during this time as we prepare your order.

Each product subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the "Manage Subscriptions" page in "My Account."  If you cancel a product subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to such product, if any, may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation.  If the Subscription Program discount percentage for an eligible product, if any, changes during a subscription, the new discount will only be applied to your future shipments of that product.  Each eligible product under the Subscription Program may have different discounts and applicable coupons than other eligible products. We will not automatically clip coupons that may be associated with eligible products.  You are responsible for clipping any coupons that you want applied to any order.    

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

When you sign up for a subscription you will be required to expressly agree to permit us to charge your chosen credit card on a recurring basis in the amount set forth in "CHARGES" below.  You authorize BJ's to submit periodic charges based on each subscription's shipping frequency to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to cancel your subscription. 

CHARGES

The amount you are ultimately charged for a subscribed product will be the price of that product at the time your payment is processed, less the applicable Subscription Program discount or any other discount, if any, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. Once your order has shipped, your chosen credit card will be billed this amount. You will not be charged until your order ships. You may apply any accrued rewards or gift card balances only to your first order of a subscripted product. Each subsequent order will be applied to the payment method on file and will not apply existing account rewards and gift card balances, if any.

We will automatically cancel your product subscription if we are unable to complete your order with your chosen payment method.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

BJ's may, in its sole discretion, change these Terms, including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the BJs.com website, without notice to you.  If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM.
