How do I cancel my BJs.com order?

To cancel an order placed on BJs.com:

  1. Sign in.
  2. Hover the cursor over [your name] and click on "Order History" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Find the item you wish to cancel, and click on the "Order Details" button on the right
  4. Click on the "Cancel Order" button near the center of the page, or “Cancel Item” button if you wish to cancel a particular item in your order
  5. Select a "Reason for Cancellation" from the dropdown menu
  6. Click the "Continue" button
  7. You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation email


NOTE: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation; however, you might not receive an immediate confirmation (in fact, it may take a while). If your order has already shipped, it is unfortunately too late to cancel the order.
