Same-Day Delivery is an online service which allows online ordering and delivery of groceries and general merchandise items directly to your home. A BJ's team member or third party shopper will pick up the items you ordered and deliver them directly to your door within as little as 2 hours.

Can anyone use same day delivery? BJ’s Same-Day Delivery is not available in all ZIP codes. Log into your account to confirm availability. 

How much is the delivery charge? Eligible same-day delivery orders charge a flat fee of $14.99. Additional delivery fees may occur for certain products because of size, weight, quantity, or supplier limitations; for example, including just one overweight item will result in additional fees for your entire transaction. For these orders, you will see a service fee that reflects the size, weight, and delivery distance for the order.

How do I place an order?

1. Simply go to BJs.com, log in, and make sure the top left corner of the screen says "You're Shopping [the correct city]."
2. Then search for the products you need. If a product is available for same day delivery, you will see a "Same-Day Delivery to [ZIP code]" option along with the ship to home and free pickup options. (Note: every product will not have all three options.)
3. Select the Same-Day Delivery option and then click "Add to Cart."
4. Once you add a same-day delivery item to your cart, you will see a Same-Day Delivery price breakdown in your order summary. The service fee (delivery fee) is $14.99 whether you order one or multiple eligible same-day delivery items. Additional delivery fees may occur for orders containing certain products because of size, weight, quantity, or supplier limitations; for example, including just one overweight item will result in additional fees for your entire transaction. For these orders, you will see a service fee that is greater than $14.99 due to the size, weight, and delivery distance for the order. The driver tip defaults to 10% but can be edited to any amount you choose.  
5. Select a delivery date and time. If you choose today's date, you can opt for your delivery in as little as 2 hours or within 5 hours.
6. There is a space to enter delivery instructions if you have any. For example. "deliver to side door."
7. Finally, under each same-day delivery item, you can check or uncheck the option to allow substitutions. If you allow substitutions on your order you will receive a text message during the shopping process to approve or reject a substituted item for the one that is out of stock. 
8. Save your changes and then enter your payment details in order to submit the order.
