Place chocolate chips in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat process microwaving in 15 second intervals, until chocolate has melted

Dip strawberries in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until set, about 5 min

Combine the ice cream, strawberries, banana and milk in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy

Divide between two tall glasses. Accent with dipped strawberries and serve immediately
