Care & Handling:
Open your box of roses immediately. The roses may will appear limp or dehydrated upon arrival but will recover if you follow these
Prepare the clean container and fill with water and flower food if provided
Leave the corrugated cardboard which surrounds the blooms on
Cut stems at an angle at least 1/2 inch or more
Hydrate roses with the corrugated cardboard on for approximately 1-2 hours. This enables the water to flow up the stem more efficiently
Place your flowers in the prepared container
After the roses have hydrated, remove the wrapper
In some cases, there may be some discolored outer petals. These are called guard petals and are purposely left on to protect the roses during shipping. Remove this layer of petals to reveal the ideal bloom
Cut the stems and change the water ever 2-3 days for optimal life
Do not place roses in direct sunlight/heat as it will damage the flower and diminish the life of the roses

Flowers are guaranteed fresh and beautiful. Should you have an issue your flowers notify us immediately upon receipt to request a possible refund or replacement. There will be no refunds or replacements due to negligence.
