Looking for an easier way to cook lamb? Fire up your air fryer, and you can savor tender, succulent lamb infused with the bold essence of zesty pepper and aromatic rosemary.
Preheat 4- to 5-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In small bowl, whisk oil, salt, rosemary, pepper, garlic powder, thyme and paprika; rub lamb racks with oil mixture.
In 2 batches, if necessary, air fry lamb 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135°, turning once. Transfer lamb to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing for medium-rare.) Makes about 16 lamb chops.
Slice lamb between bones; serve garnished with rosemary, if desired.
