Air Fryer Rosemary-Pepper Rack of Lamb

Preheat 4- to 5-quart air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes. In small bowl, whisk oil, salt, rosemary, pepper, garlic powder, thyme and paprika; rub lamb racks with oil mixture.

In 2 batches, if necessary, air fry lamb 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135°, turning once. Transfer lamb to cutting board; tent with aluminum foil and let stand 10 minutes. (Internal temperature will rise to 145° upon standing for medium-rare.) Makes about 16 lamb chops.

Slice lamb between bones; serve garnished with rosemary, if desired.
