Add garlic and continue cooking and stirring for 30 seconds. Remove chicken to a warm plate and set aside

Heat reserved olive oil in a skillet, then add the onion, butternut squash, and Brussels sprouts. Cook, stirring until vegetables soften and start to brown, about 5 min

Stir in Knorr Rice Sides Chicken and water, then bring to a boil. Cover skillet, reduce heat to a simmer and cook until rice is tender about 7 min

Return cooked chicken to skillet, stirring to combine. Let sit 2 min., then serve immediately
