Chimichurri Wings

Crispy grilled chicken wings in red chimichurri sauce will be great starter for your weekend parties. An easy recipe with simple ingredients.

Mix all ingredients except wings in a large bowl; set aside ½ cup of marinade for serving

Pat wings dry, place them in the marinade. Toss until covered with marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 3 hrs

Heat grill to medium heat. Turn off center burner(s) and arrange wings on the center of the grill to cook over indirect heat. Cook, turning several times, until well browned and a meat thermometer reads 160° at the thickest point (avoid the bone when measuring)

Top with reserved sauce and serve
