Coffee and Spice Mixed Nuts

Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with Berkley Jensen Parchment Paper

Spread the mixed nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 min

While the nuts bake, combine the ground coffee, pumpkin pie spice and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl

Remove nuts from oven and use the parchment paper to transfer them to the mixing bowl with the spices. Drizzle with maple syrup and toss to coat

Line the baking sheet with a fresh sheet of parchment paper. Spread the nuts on the paper in a single layer

Return pan to oven and bake for another 10 min. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack

Transfer to a serving bowl or store in a tightly sealed container for up to 2 weeks. Or, freeze for up to 2 months
