In a large saucepan, bring cider, lime juice, the spices (use only 2 of the cinnamon sticks) and the fruit and spices to a boil

Cover and remove from heat. Add Cointreau and steep for at least 20 min

Divide among individual mugs and serve hot garnished with a fresh cinnamon stick and a slice of apple or orange
