Preheat oven to 375°. Spray an 11″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick baking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the dish. Set aside

Cook pasta in salted, boiling water for 5 min. Drain

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese. Add pasta and stir well to combine

Spread shredded zucchini and carrots on top of marinara in prepared baking dish. Top with pasta mixture and remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top

Cover casserole and bake in oven for 20 min. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 min
