Remove steaks from refrigerator; preheat grill on high

Brush steaks with oil, season both sides generously with salt and pepper and then place on grill

Cook 5 min., rotating 180 degree after 2-1/2 min. to create restaurant-style hatch marks. (For juicy steak, don’t pierce the meat when handling; use a spatula)

Flip and brush with marinade. Cook about 5 more min., rotating halfway through as before

As soon as a meat thermometer registers 140 degree (medium-rare), remove steaks to a warm platter and tent with foil

Let steaks rest 5 min. Slice thinly across the grain and serve with more marinade
