For the sauce: Stir together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, mint, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate
For the Lamb Chops: Preheat grill or grill pan on medium-high heat
Pat the lamb chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush chops with oil and place on grill or grill pan. Grill, turning once, until meat thermometer in center registers 145° (medium-rare), about 5 to 6 min. per side
Transfer chops to a plate, tent with foil and rest 3 to 5 min.
Serve with the meat juices on the plate, lemon wedges and the yogurt sauce
