Dump chicken broth, whipping cream, garlic powder, pinch of salt, and ziti in the Instant Pot. Make sure pasta is covered by liquid

Set Instant Pot to Manual - high - for 6 minutes. Allow the Instant Pot to come to pressure (this will take a little time)

When the timer is done, allow it to slow release for 6 minutes. Then quick release the pressure

Stir in the pasta sauce and cheeses until blended and cheesy
