Grilled London Broil with Balsamic Marinade
Tender and juicy grilled steak with the right amount of flavor. Cut into thin slices before serving.

1. Combine all ingredients except steak in a medium mixing bowl and mix well
2. Place steak in a shallow baking dish, then pour the marinade over it. Turn to coat
3. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight, flipping the steak halfway through
4. Brush grill grate with oil, then preheat grill on medium-high heat
5. Remove steaks from marinade and blot dry with clean paper towels. Discard marinade
6. Arrange steak on grate and cook until browned with distinct grill marks, about 10 min
7. Flip and continue cooking until an instant-read thermometer reads 135° (medium-rare), about 10 to 12 min
8. Transfer meat to a warm platter and let stand 10 min. to finish cooking. To serve, slice diagonally across the grain into thin slices
