Grilled Spice-Rubbed New York Strip Steak

Ingredients

2 lbs. USDA Choice Beef New York Strip (about 3/4"; thick)
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 
1/4 cup McCormick® Grill Mates® Steak Rub

 

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on medium-high

  2. Brush steak lightly with oil. Rub steaks generously on both sides with steak rub

  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 min. until an instant-read thermometer registers 135° (medium-rare), about 6 to 8 min

  4. Remove to a warm platter and let rest 5 min. To serve, slice thinly on the diagonal
