Grilled Spice-Rubbed New York Strip Steak

2 lbs. USDA Choice Beef New York Strip (about 3/4"; thick)
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup McCormick® Grill Mates® Steak Rub
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup McCormick® Grill Mates® Steak Rub

Preheat grill on medium-high

Brush steak lightly with oil. Rub steaks generously on both sides with steak rub

Grill over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 min. until an instant-read thermometer registers 135° (medium-rare), about 6 to 8 min
