Holiday Hurricanes

With the combination of rum and juice, this cocktail is going to bring the holiday vibe on any casual weekend. 

Holiday Hurricanes

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups light rum
1-1/2 cups dark rum
1 cup + 2 tbsp. pomegranate juice
1 cup + 2 tbsp. Wellsley Farms® Orange Juice
3 Tbsp. Wellsley Farms Organic Sugar
1 orange, sliced 1/4" thick
Strips of orange peel, for garnish
Pomegranate arils, for garnish (optional)
1 cup + 2 tbsp. squeezed lime juice

 

Directions

  1. Fill 8 tall, footed cocktail glasses with ice
     
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until sugar is completely dissolved
     
  3. Divide the hurricane mix between the prepared glasses
     
  4. Garnish with orange peel and pomegranate arils (optional). Serve immediately
