Directions

Bring about 1/2" of water to a boil in a large skillet. Add florets and cook, uncovered, until bright green, about 4 min. Empty broccoli into a colander and set aside to drain

Wipe pan dry with paper towel and return to stove. Turn heat down to medium, then add olive oil and garlic to the pan. Cook, stirring, about 15 seconds

Add the broccoli to the pan and cook, tossing occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 3 min

Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the broccoli with the crushed red pepper and Parmigiano Reggiano. Serve immediately
