Sheet Pan Pizza

What could be more perfect than a few slices of pizza on your plate? Even if it was a long day, you can still enjoy a mouthwatering restaurant-style dinner at home. Just spare 40 more minutes!

Move oven rack to the lowest position. Preheat oven to 425°. Spray bottom and sides of the cookie sheet with cooking spray; set aside

Mix Bisquick with water and oil until dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let stand 8 min

Press dough in bottom and up sides of the prepared cookie sheet, using hands dipped in Bisquick

Top dough with shredded mozzarella, spreading it evenly over the crust

Spread marinara sauce over cheese, then layer on the pizza toppings

Bake until crust is brown, cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly, about 15 to 20 min

With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut into 10 equal pieces. Serve hot or cold
