Spinach and Feta Salmon Burgers

Made from wild Alaskan Salmon, this burger would be a juicy flavorful snack that can be prepared just within 30 minutes.

Pulse spinach in a food processor until finely chopped; set aside

In a small mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Add sour cream, 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. of lemon juice and garlic. Mix until well combined; refrigerate until needed

In a medium mixing bowl, flake salmon with a fork. Add chopped spinach, feta, egg, remaining lemon juice and black pepper. Mix with a large spoon until well-blended

Using damp hands, form mixture into 6 patties, handling carefully. (Mixture will be soft)

Heat oil in a large skillet. Gently transfer burgers to pan on the grill and cook until browned, about 3 min. Flip and brown second side, about 3 more min

Arrange on rolls and top with dollop of avocado mixture. Serve immediately
