Steak Tips with Beer Marinade

Combine all ingredients except steak tip strips in a medium bowl. Add steak tip strips and toss to coat

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight for richer flavor

Preheat grill on medium-high

Oil grate and arrange strips, leaving room between them. Grill until well seared, about 4 min. Flip and sear other side, about 4 more min

When steak tips reach 145° in center, remove to warm platter. Tent with foil and rest 5 min. to finish cooking before serving

Serve with a platter of grilled summer vegetables or over a mixed salad with Wellsley Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette and Wellsley Farms Blue Cheese Crumbles
