Fuel purchases are subject to min. price of 1¢/gal., regardless of available discounts. Earned discounts reset to 0, and unused discounts are forfeited, after each fuel purchase. Discounts are nontransferable, have no cash value, and are not earned on BJ's purchases through third parties. No rain checks on fuel or fuel saver items. Fuel saver items that contributed to a redeemed discount may not be returned. MD/NJ: discount applied after sale, before payment. State law restrictions apply.
