BJ’s will match the current online or in-store TV price for Eligible TVs sold by Eligible Competitors on the day of purchase.
How It Works
In-Club
Visit the member services desk and present a current advertisement or show a website for an Eligible Competitor with a lower price currently available for an Eligible TV. A BJ’s team member will then verify the price match request.
Online
Call BJ’s Member Care at 1-800-BJS-CLUB or chat with us. Present a current advertisement or show a website for an Eligible Competitor with a lower price currently available for an Eligible TV. The BJ’s team member will then verify the price match request. Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm est Saturday 8am – 6pm est Sunday 12 – 6pm est
Eligible TVs
The TV you purchased from BJ’s Wholesale Club may be eligible for BJ’s TV Price Match Guarantee if it is: (1) a new-in-box product; (2) in stock for shipping or store pickup from an Eligible Competitor; and (3) identical in brand, model number, and color to the Eligible Competitor product.
Frequently asked questions
Does BJ’s price match marketplace TV prices?
No. The BJ’s TV Price Match Guarantee does not apply to marketplace products for any Eligible Competitors.
Do you match the prices of other warehouse clubs?
Yes. The BJ’s TV Price Match Guarantee applies to prices of Eligible TVs sold by other warehouse clubs on our Eligible Competitors list.
Do you price match for Eligible Competitors’ services?
No. BJ’s does not price match for services, including delivery and installation.
What is the best way to show proof of price?
A current advertisement or link to an Eligible Competitor’s website are the best ways to show proof of the lower price.
Do you price match for a state sales tax holiday price?
No. The BJ’s TV Price Match Guarantee only applies to the TV price, not the sales tax amount.
Exclusions: Including but not limited to: (1) TVs shopped from or sold by third-party sellers on an Eligible Competitor website; (2) special daily or hourly sales; (3) business-to-business pricing; or (4) any financing, clearance, liquidation, refurbishes, open box, or gift card offers.
Eligible Competitors: Amazon, Best Buy, BrandsMart USA, Costco, Microcenter, P.C. Richard, Sam’s Club, Target, and Walmart.
