Yes, a family member can use your BJ's card if you add them as a household member or authorized user. As a primary member a household membership is included to your account. Your “Household Member,” once added to your membership, can begin to shop immediately on BJs.com. Next time they visit a BJ’s club they can ask the member services desk to print out their new BJ’s card (Note: requires photo ID and proof of address). You may also add supplemental members for an additional $35 per person from your Account profile.

BJ’s Same-Day Delivery is an online service which allows online ordering and scheduled delivery of groceries and general merchandise items directly to your home. A BJ’s team member or third-party shopper will pick the items in your order and deliver them directly to your door in as little as 2 hours. Two free same-day deliveries are included each year for BJ's Club+ members and BJ’s One+^® Credit Card cardholders. BJ’s Same-Day Delivery is not available in all ZIP codes. BJ’s offers a pickup service for both curbside and in-club pickup. Shop on BJs.com or in the BJ's app. When your order is ready, just head to the club and check in through the BJ’s app. There is no minimum amount required for pickup orders. However, a $3.99 pickup fee applies if your order is under $50 and you do not have BJ's Club+ membership or a BJ’s One+^® Credit Card cardholder.

Over-the-threshold delivery is available for select oversize items. Items are delivered to the first dry area in your home or to an exterior location. Primary members can cancel their membership at any time and request a refund for the current membership period.

Enter “In-Club Mode” when you visit a club to access that location’s helpful mobile features like coupon clipping, price scan, find product locations and deli pre-order. You can also access membership account information like order history, rewards or scan your membership card from anywhere. Use ExpressPay^® in the app when shopping in-club and skip the checkout line by scanning your items as you shop and pay from your phone. Terms apply. 

All SNAP EBT state programs are accepted at BJ’s. SNAP EBT can be used for eligible food, beverages and ship-to-home purchases. Members can select SNAP EBT as their payment tender and select the available amount of SNAP EBT funds they would like to apply to their orders. BJ's rewards do not expire for the life of your membership, with the exception of promotional rewards. Rewards earned with a BJ's One^® Mastercard^® do not expire. Rewards earned with BJ's Club+ membership do not expire as long as the membership is active and in good standing.
