First Responder Membership Eligibility
To qualify for this membership, you must work in one of the following first responder roles:

Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Includes EMTs (basic, intermediate or advanced), paramedics, pre-hospital registered nurses, flight nurses (transport nurses), mobile intensive care nurses, medical helicopter pilots and members of the National Ski Patrol.

Fire Services
Eligible roles include career, volunteer or retired firefighters (including federal), airport fire personnel, fire marshals, fire medical officers, engineers, helitack crew, supervisory forestry technicians, and wildland firefighters/prescribed fire burn managers. Leadership positions such as commissioners, lieutenants and past chiefs also qualify.

Law Enforcement Officers
Covers active and retired police officers (federal, state, local or campus), patrol officers, sheriff’s deputies, state troopers, tribal police, auxiliary/reserve officers, school resource officers, parole/probation/pretrial services officers and assistants, investigators, and park/wildlife/conservation officers. Also includes detention officers, courthouse security, jail staff (public or private), certified fire marshals with LEO status, animal control officers (with LEO credentials), and more.

Corrections Personnel
Includes corrections officers (public or private institutions), jail administrators, and members of specialized response teams such as ERT, IRT, QRST and SERT.

Federal Law Enforcement
Eligible federal employees include agents or officers with agencies such as ATF, DEA, FBI, CIA, ICE, CBP, TSA (with red shield badge), Secret Service, U.S. Marshals, Bureau of Prisons, Department of Defense (e.g., NCIS, OSI), Homeland Security, U.S. Park Police/Rangers, and more. Also includes inspectors and agents with the DOJ, USDA, Department of the Treasury, Department of State and others.

911 Dispatchers
Includes police, EMS and fire dispatchers, public safety telecommunicators (PST), fire communications officers, police complaint officers (911), and police service representatives (LAPD only).

BJ's rewards do not expire for the life of your membership, with the exception of promotional rewards. Rewards earned with a BJ's One^® Mastercard^® do not expire. Rewards earned with BJ's Club+ Membership do not expire as long as the membership is active and in good standing. Promotional rewards may expire, depending on the terms of the promotion. For example, the Third Visit Perk expires 60 days after it is issued. You can check your rewards balance by logging into your account on BJs.com. 

Yes, a family member can use your BJ's card if you add them as a household member or authorized user. As a primary member a household membership is included to your account. Your “Household Member,” once added to your membership, can begin to shop immediately on BJs.com. Next time they visit a BJ’s club they can ask the member services desk to print out their new BJ’s card (Note: requires photo ID and proof of address). You may also add supplemental members for an additional $35 per person from your Account profile.

BJ’s Same-Day Delivery is an online service which allows online ordering and scheduled delivery of groceries and general merchandise items directly to your home. A BJ’s team member or third-party shopper will pick the items in your order and deliver them directly to your door in as little as 2 hours. Two free same-day deliveries are included each year for BJ's Club+ members and BJ’s One+^® Credit Card cardholders. BJ’s Same-Day Delivery is not available in all ZIP codes. BJ’s offers a pickup service for both curbside and in-club pickup. Shop on BJs.com or in the BJ's app. When your order is ready, just head to the club and check in through the BJ’s app. There is no minimum amount required for pickup orders. However, a $3.99 pickup fee applies if your order is under $50 and you do not have BJ's Club+ Membership or a BJ’s One+^® Credit Card cardholder.

Over-the-threshold delivery is available for select oversize items. Items are delivered to the first dry area in your home or to an exterior location. Delivery is by appointment only, and charges vary based on the product and delivery address. Delivery is not available in all ZIP codes. Log in to your account to confirm availability. Delivery costs vary depending on membership, service fees, and the number and types of items in your cart. Delivery dates and prices may fluctuate based on seasonal availability and demand. 

A BJ's Wholesale Club membership is valid for 12 months, unless otherwise stated. Your membership expires on the last day of the month and year shown on your receipts and on your BJs.com account page.  

BJ's Wholesale Club has a money-back guarantee for returns and exchanges, as well as for membership cancellations.  

BJ's has a return policy that covers most items, but some items are non-returnable.  

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.  
Proof of purchase is required.  

Items purchased as part of a special event or in bulk are usually non-returnable.  

Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.  

Primary members can cancel their membership at any time and request a refund for the current membership period. 

BJ's is unable to refund members for second or subsequent cancellations.
