Overall sentiment is strongly positive, with reviewers consistently praising discounted pricing, easy online ordering, and smooth loading to mobile apps or QR-code use at checkout. The main drawback mentioned is occasional slow delivery and, for some, that the Dunkin app experience can be annoying.

Everyone goes to Dunkin. Great coffees and pastries. A must for a quick breakfast. And why not save a little money doing it? Gift cards from BJs have no fees and are generally a little cheaper than face value. It's a win-win situation.
