Static on the line,the ringer is set to the highest ring and it still can't be heard outside of the room, can't hear Caller ID Announce. I am planning to return it and re-install my prior unit.
No battery backup for date/time
How silly for the base station to not have provision for battery backup for date/time. How inconvenient to have to reconfigure the system after each power loss.

I don't think the range is as good as advertised but I will say, when I had a problem, BJ's replaced them with no problem. The lady took care of everything and i had new ones and out the door in minutes. Couldn't be beat and other than the range, they are great phones and am happy with them.
