There are three easy ways to thaw Banzai sushi;
1. In the microwave - place 4-6 pieces on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Turn pieces over and microwave for an additional 20 seconds. Let pieces rest for two minutes before eating.
2. Room temperature - Take the desired number of pieces out of the tray and place on a plate, cover and thaw for 2 hours. Suggestion: Take a tray of sushi with you to school or work . By lunch time, the sushi will be thawed and ready to eat.
3. Water bath method - Submerge sealed tray in cold water for 30 minutes. For best results, consume immediately after thawing. Cover left overs and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
