We love to use this mozzarella with sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We sprinkle some salt and pepper on top too. The whole family loves them and we have never had a problem with this cheese. It always delivers and it so much cheaper than our local grocery store. This is not only a great buy and a fantastic sliced cheese but it's so convenient having it already sliced- the flavor is wonderful and I absolutely love it with my garden tomatoes or in a salad with garden veggies. It's great all year but such a refreshing treat all spring and summer.
